Payment for Order Flow

Feldman Securities Group, LLC ("FSG") participates in programs which results in FSG receiving remuneration, compensation or other consideration for placing orders with other broker-dealers, exchanges and market centers for execution (payment for order flow). FSG believes that it receives timely and best execution from these sources.

FSG will furnish, upon request, information as to where a particular trade was forwarded for execution.
